Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rifat Online Quran Academy's online Quran education services. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Enrolment

Students may enrol by contacting us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or the website contact form. Enrolment is confirmed once a class schedule is agreed upon between the student (or parent/guardian) and the academy.

Free Trial

We offer a free one-week trial for new students. The trial is obligation-free, and students may discontinue at any time during or after the trial period without any charge.

Class Scheduling

Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability between the tutor and the student. We offer flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students should inform their tutor at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a class. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in schedule adjustments.

Payments and Fees

Fees are communicated clearly before enrolment. Payment is expected monthly in advance. We do not charge hidden fees. Fee structures may vary by course and schedule.

Respectful Conduct

All students, parents, and tutors are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct during classes. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Online Class Limitations

Online classes require a stable internet connection and a suitable device. The academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student's end, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any problems.
